SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
By signing up for DumbMaps, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, including navigation directions, account notifications, and usage alerts.
- +Message Frequency: Varies based on your usage. You control how often you receive messages by how often you request directions.
- +Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. DumbMaps is not responsible for carrier fees.
- +Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages unless you text START to re-subscribe.
- +Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email support@dumbmaps.com
Note: Twilio handles STOP and START keywords automatically at the platform level to ensure compliance with carrier requirements.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 7 days of your request.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
